Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. A $15 shipping fee applies to orders under $150. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $150 or more, excluding trolleys.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for an additional $25–$35, depending on the order and destination.

Personalized Orders

Please note that adding personalization to your order will extend the delivery time. Personalized items typically require approximately 6–7 additional business days.

Pick-up in Store

Online orders may be picked up at Montblanc Boutique Montréal at no additional charge. Select Pick-up in Store at checkout and choose the Montréal boutique.

We will email you when the order is ready. Bring valid photo identification and your pickup confirmation.

If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, they must bring an email or signed authorization from you and valid photo identification.
