We invite you to personalise selected writing instruments & leather goods purchased in our online boutique. These services are offered with compliments from Montblanc. Please note that not every Montblanc product can be engraved or embossed. If you wish to have your Montblanc products personalized, please follow the instructions detailed in the shopping process on the website or contact Montblanc Customer Service on 1-855-810-4810.

Montblanc Online Shop purchases are presented in a signature Montblanc box or other special packaging and are delivered in our exclusive Montblanc signature gift wrapping. The only exceptions are calendar, notebook and ink refills. At the checkout you have the option of adding a complimentary gift message for each item ordered. The gift card is enclosed in an envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, a blank card will be included.

2-5 business days for orders placed between Monday to Friday
A $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to all orders below $100. Shipping will be complimentary for orders above $100 (except for the trolleys).

A $25-$30 shipping fee will be applied to all Express orders.

Please note that adding a personalization service will extend your delivery by several days (6-7d).

All returns must be received within 14 days following the date the order was received. You may return your items in one of our boutiques located in Quebec, see Boutique Finder below. We do not cover the cost of sending back a return/exchange and original shipping paid cannot be refunded. All returns are subject to inspection and damaged or used items will not be refunded.

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Should there be any issue with your item, please contact us at info@montblancboutique.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
