Returns

Eligible returns must be received within 14 days after your order is delivered. Before sending an item back, please contact us for return instructions.

Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, accessories and packaging. Every return is inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Personalized products, opened fragrances and other final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Returns must be sent from the country where the purchase was made. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@montblancboutique.ca within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. This request does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

After your return arrives, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. If the return does not meet the conditions above, it will be sent back to you.

Montblanc Product Guarantee

Montblanc offers an international guarantee for two years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacturing and materials, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Montblanc Service Guarantee

The Montblanc service guarantee is valid for one year from the date the service is completed and covers the replaced parts and/or service performed.
