FAST SHIPPING & DELIVERY
A $15.00 shipping fee will be applied to all orders below $100. Shipping will be complimentary for orders above $100. A $25 shipping fee will be applied to all Expedited orders. Delivery costs will be charged by Montblanc, in addition to the price of the Montblanc products themselves. For certain promotional phases, complimentary shipping may be offered.

*Due to high volume during holiday period, shipping carriers may experience delays. We strive to ship your parcel on the day of your order, we are unable to guarantee the carrier’s timelines. We thank you for your patience.

RETURNS

All returns must be received within 14 days following the date the order was received. You may return your items in one of our boutiques located in Quebec, see Boutique Finder below. We do not cover the cost of sending back a return/exchange and original shipping paid cannot be refunded. All returns are subject to inspection and damaged or used items will not be refunded. Gift cards are non refundable.

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Should there be any issue with your item, please contact us at info@montblancboutique.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
